WE ARE ALL IN THE SAME BOAT

Where do I start? Yes, we are all different. We have all different origins and beliefs. The world is a complex structure—maybe too complex for us to understand. Most of us do not even think about the fact that we are all in the same boat. Whatever reason life exists on this planet, we are the dominating species. Having this power to create a potentially great place for all of us, we decided to do the opposite. We are driven by religion, money, power, and the simple human ego. Ultimately, that boat of ours is simple: it is that beautiful planet not too far and not too close to the sun, making the flourishing of life happen, from a single cell to a human brain, an incredible journey; too bad that smarter does not mean things go smoother. One would think that the more you know, the more you do the right thing. Wrong! I don’t give up hope; many of us try, and I hope more will in the future, and that, of course, if we have one.
